Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based on the Gold Coast, but I’m happy to travel for your special day! Travel outside the local area, including interstate locations, may incur a service fee.

What services do you offer?
We specialise in creating personalised, high-quality content such as highlight reels, social media clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and candid moments. We focus on showcasing your unique story.

Do you replace photographers/videographers?
Not at all! We collaborate with your photographers and videographers to enhance your experience. Our focus is to complement their work, not compete with it.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, absolutely! Consultations are free and give us the chance to discuss your vision, ensuring we create exactly what you’re looking for.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, all bookings require a 50% deposit of the total cost to secure your date. After booking, you’ll receive a detailed contract outlining everything included.

Can I create my own videos and content from the photos and videos you provide?
Of course! The footage and photos are yours to use however you wish, and I encourage you to create your own content to relive the memories.

How soon will I receive my content?
You’ll receive all raw footage within 24 hours and edited videos will be delivered within 48 hours.

What equipment do you use?
We use the latest iPhone (Iphone 16 pro) for its advanced camera capabilities, along with stabilisers for smooth footage, wireless microphones for crystal-clear audio, professional editing software for polished results, and a ring light for perfect nighttime shots. I also carry power banks and a backup phone to ensure uninterrupted service, even in unexpected situations.

Yes, we offer several packages to suit different needs and budgets. You can also customise your package to include exactly what you’re looking for.
